Amanda's Story

Move well then move often. My role is to help you move well, eliminate pain, prevent injuries, and do more of what you live for. My movement path started young while playing a multitude of sports, and has grown since then to become one of my passions. It has evolved to appreciate the full beautiful movement of the human body from a golf swing to a downward dog to lifting a child. I look forward to helping you move better!
