Kyla's Story

I believe the human body is an intricate system that requires attention to all areas in order to function optimally. Everyone’s body is different, therefore my diagnoses and treatments are individually tailored to understand and meet the needs, goals, and pace of each human. I like to focus on educating and empowering my patients to achieve a level of self-management, helping them live happier and healthier lives.

  • Gained valuable insight into the complexities of chronic conditions while treating patients as an intern at Sherbourne Health
  • Currently serves as Past-Chair for the Student Canadian Chiropractic Association (SCCA) National Board of Directors and is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) Student & New Graduate Advisory Committee
  • Served as Medical Lead for the Hispaniola Humanitarian Assistance & Relief Team

In her personal time

Kyla is constantly moving. She enjoys running, cycling, yoga and staying active with her dog, Lincoln. She loves to immerse herself in learning and has taken an active role in advocating for the chiropractic profession, as well as volunteerism. Kyla has been an integral part of multiple international service missions to the Dominican Republic, working to help improve access to healthcare for disadvantaged populations.
